West Winn Urban Ag, Sharon, PA, a company offering aquaponic grown products in a warehouse setting is seeking a hard-working, motivated individual to help in our year-‘round aquaponics farm. In aquaponics, we raise fish and vegetables in a soilless, recirculating system without the use of pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers.

Tasks will include: seeding, transplanting, cleaning, harvesting of lettuce, greens and other vegetables, feeding fish, record keeping, system and filter maintenance.

Required Skills: Must be able to reach and lift plant rafts and trays, be detail-oriented and honest; be efficient in completing tasks in a timely manner; be tidy and able to clean and have the ability to recognize when things need to be cleaned; be punctual; be willing to work hard; have a positive attitude; have basic counting and math skills; have good communication skills and be willing and able to take and follow instructions.
