Baked Tilapia Tacos with Lime Slaw
Ingredients
4 tilapia fillets
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small tortillas
Lime slaw:
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, chopped cilantro
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
