Grilled Tilapia Caesar Salad


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 8 cups torn lettuce leaves (such as romaine)

  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Croutons for garnish (optional)

  • Lemon wedges for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Grill the tilapia fillets for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through and flaky.

  4. Remove the tilapia from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, flake the fillets into bite-sized pieces.

  5. In a large bowl, combine the torn lettuce leaves and Caesar dressing. Toss until the lettuce is well coated.

  6. Add the flaked tilapia to the salad and gently toss to incorporate.

  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top and garnish with croutons if desired.

  8. Serve the grilled tilapia Caesar salad with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing of freshness.
